We were approached by PUMA to collaborate with them on creating the digital and social elements of the Manchester City 21/22 kit launches. Tasked with the concept creation and production of all motion elements to the campaigns, we adopted the PUMA ‘Faster Football’ mantra to create compelling content for each kit.
With the Home kit being influenced by the iconic 93:20 goal, we wanted to team up with fans, players and legends to celebrate the game-changing moment.
Taking a social-first approach, we created engaging player content, capturing the Man City and PUMA sense of humour and energy.
The design of the new season Away kit takes inspiration from the clean water initiatives that PUMA and Cityzens Giving champion around the globe.
We were briefed with creating an impactful edit that communicated how PUMA and Man City are using football as a force for good, whilst ensuring it visually aligned with the design of the kit.
With filming restrictions in place, we needed to be creative with how to capture player content – drones, GoPros and gifs all came into play for this one, adding a candid, all-access feel.
